PL A camera can only be registered once. If an error message appears when registering the camera, then this camera is already assigned to an account. It can be your own account or a third-party account.
If you want to share the camera with another user, then find the solution here.
Add camera on PC:
- Open the menu item Cameras at Web portal.
- Click on Add another camera At the end of the camera list
- Enter the Init key (twelve-digit number) of your camera

Add camera in the app:
- Open the app and select Cameras in the menu at the bottom of the screen.
- Click on the Plus-sign in the right corner
- Select the camera model
- Set the camera to SETUP and click Next a total of 4 times.
- Scan the QR code displayed on the camera with your smartphone
- Complete the process.

With the models icuhunt, icutrap, icucam4
(until autumn 2020) you will find the init key (twelve-digit number) on a sticker on the inside of the camera.
On the icucam lite, icucam4, icueasy and icucam 5 models, a QR code and the init key (twelve-digit number) are shown on the camera display after switching on. You can also call up the QR code via the camera menu, under "ID".
