Firmware update EasyCam / icueasy - ICU600

Please note that a firmware update is always a sensitive matter. It is very important:

 

Current firmware:   Download   (.zip file)

Use ONLY FOR icueasy (icu600)
The camera must be logged in with a user. 
Sufficient battery capacity must be available
NEVER interrupt the running update (e.g. by pressing the switch)

It's that simple:

1. copy both files to the SD card

    Insert the SD card into the card reader on the PC, or
    Connect the PC with the enclosed USB cable

 The date of the respective firmware version is shown: yy ... year; mm... month; dd ... day

2. firmware update

a. Insert the SD card into the camera & switch on the camera

b. "Firmware upgrading" appears on the screen

c. Wait (approx. 10-20 sec) until "Done" appears

d. then switch off and switch on again

e. Restore factory settings (recommended): Menu - Settings - Reset - Execute
