In the factory settings, the camera is set up so that the oldest images are overwritten when the SD card is full. In the camera menu, however, you can also set the camera to stop taking pictures when the SD card is full.

Is the Continuous SD memory on ON When the SD card memory is full, the camera deletes the oldest image and saves the newest one on the card.

For the selection OFF no more images are saved if the memory is full.

In general, we recommend that you use an empty or freshly formatted SD card when setting up a camera in a new location. You can format the SD card via the menu in the camera.

If there are problems with formatting, please check whether the mechanical write protection of the SD card (switch on the side of the card) is switched off.

Step 1: Open the ICU CLOM app and switch to cameras
Step 2: Select affected camera
Step 3: Scroll down in the camera settings
Step 4: Click on the support button. This will take you to a pre-filled form where you only need to add the problem. The rest is already filled in with all the data.
