In general, neither of these cases should occur. In exceptional cases, however, problems may occur with night videos or images if the batteries are no longer fully charged. The battery status is saved on the right under the image/video for each recording.

The reason for this problem in both cases is that the battery voltage is too low. As the strong infrared LED lighting draws more than 1A (amperes - unit of current) for night images, the photo triggering process may be cancelled if the batteries are low and/or almost empty.

If you use AA rechargeable batteries, this problem is exacerbated by the lower output voltage.

Step 1: Open the ICU CLOM app and switch to cameras
Step 2: Select affected camera
Step 3: Scroll down in the camera settings
