In order for us to be able to follow all steps, we ask you to provide the following data :

  • Camera ID/IMEI number & Name of the customer to the camera
  • Camera problem (e.g. green images, no image sending,...)
  • Reason for sending (e.g. appraisal/repair or credit note)

 

Hint:
After checking your transmitted data and in case of an exchange, a repair or warranty case, etc., you will receive an e-mail from us including instructions and a paid return label as a reply. Print out this e-mail and place the printout in the package with the defective camera (without SD card and batteries) as described.
