In order to process your request in the best possible way, we ask you to follow this process for returns. All mandatory fields that we require for processing are marked with a * marked.

So that we can track all steps, we ask you to provide the following data to indicate :

  • Camera ID/IMEI number & Name of the customer to the camera
  • Problem with the camera (e.g. green images, no image dispatch,...)
  • Reason for submission (e.g. appraisal/repair or credit note)

 

Note:
After checking your submitted data and in the event of an exchange, repair or warranty case, etc., you will receive an e-mail from us including instructions and a paid return label as a reply. Print out this e-mail and place the printout in the parcel with the defective camera (without SD card and without batteries) as described.
