If the ICU app shows the status „Review required“ on, the camera needs your attention. The camera reports this status automatically if it has not been able to send a status report for several days in a row.

The following steps will help you to get the problem under control quickly:

  1. Reboot camera Switch the camera off briefly and then on again. Sometimes this is enough to solve minor connection problems.

  2. Replace batteries Take a look at the battery level. If the batteries are low, simply replace them with new ones.

  3. Charging 18650 batteries If the camera is operated with rechargeable 18650 batteries, remove them, charge them fully and then reinsert them.

  4. Format or replace SD card A full or defective SD card can also trigger the status. Format the card directly via the app or the camera - or simply use a new one.

  5. Perform firmware update Check whether a firmware update is available for your camera and install it if necessary. Up-to-date firmware ensures stable operation and rectifies known errors.
