If the ICU app shows the status „Review required“ on, the camera needs your attention. The camera reports this status automatically if it has not been able to send a status report for several days in a row.
The following steps will help you to get the problem under control quickly:
- Reboot camera Switch the camera off briefly and then on again. Sometimes this is enough to solve minor connection problems.
- Replace batteries Take a look at the battery level. If the batteries are low, simply replace them with new ones.
- Charging 18650 batteries If the camera is operated with rechargeable 18650 batteries, remove them, charge them fully and then reinsert them.
- Format or replace SD card A full or defective SD card can also trigger the status. Format the card directly via the app or the camera - or simply use a new one.
- Perform firmware update Check whether a firmware update is available for your camera and install it if necessary. Up-to-date firmware ensures stable operation and rectifies known errors.
